Sarah Flindall

Business Efficiency Consultant 

Sarah is a high achiever, with experience across a number of industries, and a proven track record of sustainable sales growth through the development of new business opportunities/new markets, the introduction of new products, and rigorous control of all finances, excellent people management and a strong focus on improving operational efficiency.

 

Sarah started her career in The City working for Smith Barney & Co where she gained invaluable experience of the day-to-day operations of the business, accounts, budgeting, corporate event management, human resources and client relationship management.

 

After having a short break to raise her children, Sarah launched her own business offering organisational support services to entrepreneurs, sole traders, small businesses and high net worth individuals in the Oxfordshire area.  This soon developed into consultancy services as clients quickly realised Sarah’s ability to help within their businesses.  Sarah enjoys working with senior management teams, entrepreneurs and business owners to help maximise the full potential of their businesses.

 

Sarah began consulting for Ardmore Language Schools Limited in 2009 with the goal of achieving British Council Accreditation for them.  After 6 months of working towards this goal, Ardmore passed their inspection, which opened up global opportunities for the business.  In 2010, Sarah was hired by the Board to lead the company into new revenue growth areas by focussing on the company structure for improved efficiency and the development of new opportunities for revenue growth. Over the next 4 years, Sarah increased revenue from £9 million to over £13million and developed domestic and global strategies with her senior management team to transform Ardmore into a leading language school for junior students from all over the world.   Sarah left this role in 2014.

 

Over the last 4 years, Sarah has consulted for a number of companies, where she has been tasked with finding new income streams, enhancing procedures, improving internal communications and completing ad-hoc projects
