Reviewed launch requirements for new male grooming products line and rebranding of existing female products line for established hair products company.  Responsible for logistical requirements for ordering products and building relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

Completed a Business Review for the Board focussing on sales and operational procedures.   Facilitated a weekly operational meeting to improve communications between the Sales, Operations and Finance departments.  Worked with the Sales team to establish new leads.

A provider of junior seasonal summer courses in the UK and USA teaching English to students from all over the world

My initial remit was to review internal processes and procedures and take the lead role in achieving British Council Accreditation at inspection six months later. 

After providing consultancy services for approximately 18 months, I was invited by the Board to take up the role of Chief Executive.  

 

As CEO, this enabled me to develop new students markets in China, Russia and South America and identify/develop new business opportunities.  With the introduction of new courses, additional centres in the UK and the USA and an ever-increasing Agent base, we grew sales by over 45% in 3 years.

Key responsibilities - leadership & strategic sales planning, managing overheadsclient relationship management with the key Agents, negotiation of revenue partnerships with new suppliers and on-going successful management of existing stakeholders.

Reversionary Residential Management Ltd

Provider of asset management services for residential property portfolio based in the Newcastle area

Developed internal processes enabling asset management of the property portfolio.   Responsible for overseeing the Property Managers based in Newcastle.  Established monthly reporting criteria to Investors.  Responsible for decision-making process for vacant properties e.g. refurbishment, sales or letting.  Built relationships with Auction Houses, Estate Agents and suppliers.   Responsible for sales of vacant properties.

Andrew Leslau - Chief Executive - Reversionary Residential Management Ltd

Sarah worked for Reversionary Residential Management Ltd (RRM) for two and a half years from July 2014 to February 2017.  

RRM are long-established residential property asset managers who, in 2014, were entrusted to manage a portfolio of over 450 principally tenanted properties in the North East of England.  Sarah worked exclusively on this portfolio, travelling up to the Sunderland office on usually a weekly basis, fulfilling a variety of crucial functions.

In particular, Sarah developed a variety of internal processes for the Sunderland Office, for all communications between the Sunderland Office and the main office and for the requisite reporting required by the funders and investors.

Most important, Sarah was responsible for the optimal management of the tenanted portfolio and, when applicable, the refurbishment and sales of the vacant properties, whether by private treatise or auction.

Sarah's ability to deliver what was required by all parties is exceptional.  She is extremely well organised, capable, personable and reliable and I would have no hesitation in asking Sarah to become involved in any similar projects in the future.
